IT Support Technician
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, you will be joining an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) team to provide awesome support to clients throughout Western Canada. You will be tasked with client support and system administrative duties.
The team has great experience and loves to help and mentor more junior members, so you will never be alone and always have ample support.

The skills and experience we are looking for:
- New Grad to 2 years experience
- M365 administration skills
- Active Directory - ability to manage accounts
- General networking skills and knowledge of wireless technology
- Ability to support Windows 11 issues
- Ability to learn quickly and provide effective support for client line of business applications
- Multi-tasker, able to organize and prioritize multiple requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to work effectively in a team or alone
- Well-spoken with a clean professional appearance
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive "can-do" solution-based attitude
- Must have full and valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
