We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong understanding of pain management techniques. As a Chiropractor, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through non-invasive methods.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques to support recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with the RMT and Physiotherapist.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in chiropractic care and medical terminology.
- Ensure compliance with provincial chiropractic regulations, clinic policies, infection control standards, and professional ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid chiropractic license to practice.
- Carries Chiropractic College of Ontario-recommended liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and patient care practices.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to chiropractic care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records effectively.
