- Base Job Rate: $25.00 per Job
- Bonus/Commission: Up to an additional 25% bonus based on customer satisfaction and the quality of your service!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, vacuum, and detail vehicles inside and out (washing, waxing, etc.).
- Learn and master the use of various detailing tools, vacuums, and cleaning products.
- Inspect your own work to ensure it meets our high standards before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Provide friendly, polite customer service when interacting with vehicle owners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age/Experience: Open to all experience levels! Great opportunity for high school students (16+) or anyone looking for a entry-level position with great pay.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and perform physical work outdoors environment.
- Coachability: A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow instructions closely.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus, but not strictly required depending on the role setup.
