We're recruiting for an experienced Process Specialist – Stretch Blow Molding to join a leading global manufacturer developing advanced plastics processing technologies for the packaging industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing next-generation PET packaging solutions, improving manufacturing performance and driving innovation across new products and processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimise stretch blow molding processes and technologies
- Improve manufacturing performance, quality and OEE
- Lead process development for new products and applications
- Research PET and rPET material behaviour and package performance
- Develop innovative processing and manufacturing solutions
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Development and Technology teams
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
- Lead technical projects from concept through implementation
- Support global customer applications and product launches
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience within PET stretch blow molding
- Strong understanding of PET/rPET materials and processing
- Experience developing new manufacturing processes and technologies
- Strong technical problem-solving and project leadership skills
- Ability to work within cross-functional engineering teams
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
