We are currently hiring Warehouse Pickers for a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and experience in picking, packing, and inventory handling.
Location: Danforth Ave and Birchmount Rd
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products based on daily orders
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Keep products organized, separated, and properly rotated
- Monitor product quality and report any issues immediately
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet wrapper and electric pallet jacks
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and workplace safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience operating walkie rider and pallet jack (mandatory)
- Experience in picking, packing, loading, receiving, and sorting stock
- Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and inventory systems
- Previous warehouse or e-commerce/logistics experience preferred
- Food industry warehouse experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Steel-toe safety shoes required from day one (must be provided by employee)
- Preferably candidates living in Scarborough or nearby areas
Work Schedule:
- New Pickers: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday OR Sunday to Friday (6 days/week)
After 1–8 weeks (depending on performance), schedules may change to:
- Night shift: 10:15 PM start to 8:30 AM (or adjusted based on workload)
Compensation:
- Base pay: $17.60/hour
- For the first 8 weeks, company provides performance bonuses to bring potential earnings up to $25/hour
- Performance bonus is based on productivity and accuracy targets and is not guaranteed
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
