Subcontract Residential Cleaner – Established Client Referrals (HAMILTON/ BURLINGTON/ OAKVILLE/ MISSISSAUGA,ON)
I am an established residential cleaner specializing in one-time deep cleans. I am looking to subcontract ongoing maintenance cleans to experienced, professional cleaning businesses after my initial deep clean is completed in HAMILTON, BURLINGTON, OAKVILLE, OR MISSISSAUGA ON.
Many of my clients are seniors or individuals with physical limitations who rely on consistent home support. Some homes are well maintained, while others may be extremely neglected or cluttered, and in some cases may involve hoarding situations.
Because of this, I am looking for someone who is non-judgmental, compassionate, and comfortable working in challenging environments while maintaining professionalism and respect for clients at all times.
Each home is different. Some clients require standard upkeep, while others may also need additional tasks such as dishwashing, light organizing, laundry support, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be an established cleaning business (not casual or cash-only work)
- Proof of liability insurance
- Valid police background check
- Minimum experience in residential cleaning (deep cleaning experience strongly preferred)
- Professional website and/or verified client reviews
- Reliable transportation
- Carry own supplies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Compassionate, respectful approach to vulnerable clients
Process
- Selected applicants will be invited to a brief in-person over the phone interview
- Successful candidates will complete a paid trial cleaning of a residential home in St.Catharines to view skills prior to entering this agreement.
- If a good fit, ongoing client referrals will be provided
Referral Structure:
A referral fee will be charged per client placement, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to onboarding.
