Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Tow Dispatcher to join our team. As a dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance or towing services. You’ll coordinate the daily operations of our tow truck drivers to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatch tow trucks to service calls using dispatch software or radio communication
- Communicate with drivers to monitor job progress and location updates
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, dispatched jobs, and service times
- Coordinate with law enforcement, motor clubs, and insurance companies when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries, provide estimates, and resolve complaints or issues
- Monitor driver routes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Perform other administrative or support duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a dispatcher (preferably in towing or transportation) is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dispatch or GPS tracking software preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required

Pay: $18-$23.00 per hour
