Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in installing and maintaining hydronics and boiler systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate should be TSSA certified, possess a G2 gas license, and have experience in ozone and refrigeration systems. This position will be paid on a per work done basis.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair hydronics and boiler systems in residential properties.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating boilers and associated equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with hydronics and boiler systems in residential environments.
- TSSA certification is required.
- G2 license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in ozone and refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
