Compensation
- Base Salary: $4,500 per month
- Commission: Uncapped commission based on sales performance
- Mileage Reimbursement: Paid for all business travel using your personal vehicle
- Total Earning Potential: Base salary + commission
Morden Doors LTD has been serving the industry since the year 2000. We manufacture Thermofoil, Acrylic and Painted Kitchen Cabinet Doors. Our primary aim is to focus on the excellent environmental performance of each product. We utilize advanced, high-quality machinery and cutting-edge technology to ensure the delivery of superior-quality doors to our valued customers.
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, the incumbent will develop and maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a keen interest in technology sales, and a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new customer accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
- Visit customers and present our products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate new business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Resolve customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the office and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Reliable and on time.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- This position requires travel 70% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
- Proficiency in English with excellent speaking skills; Hindi are appreciated but not necessary.
