Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will create a relaxing environment that promotes healing and well-being, helping clients alleviate stress, pain, and tension through personalized massage sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and professional development.
Experience
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist is required.
- Proven experience in providing various types of massage therapy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
- A commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics in practice.
We are looking for a RMT that are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Weekends (days can vary)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
