HDD Locator/Labourer

Job Description
FusionTech Telecommunications is currently seeking a Locator/ General Labourer. Experience in HDD locating is required. The job includes locating for utilities for HDD projects, hand digging, pedestal placements, fibre jetting / blowing, reading utility locates, paperwork and reading construction and permit drawings. Travel is required
Prerequisites:
DZ licence in good standing with 5 years clean abstract
Locating on the box
Experience with manual labour
A strong commitment to safety
Good work ethic
Pass a criminal record check
The ability to safely lift heavy objects and tools to perform a variety of tasks
Can lift up to 50 pounds
The ability to carry and climb an extension ladder.
The ability to work in confined spaces
Willingness to work flexible hours and locations
Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to work outside and in all types of weather conditions
Must be willing to join union Liuna
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
