Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our teams in Edmonton, Leduc and Athabasca. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Our shops are full and we need more techs to help us keep up to demand!
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
- Execute repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and recommended services.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the workshop environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for vehicle analysis.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is a plus but not required.
