Job Overview:
This role is critical to driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, market research, and relationship-building techniques to help expand our customer base and contribute to long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research potential clients across industries in Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
- Cold Outreach: Initiate contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to book discovery calls.
- Discovery Meetings: Conduct client-facing meetings to uncover needs and align Vorsan’s services with their goals.
- Client Research: Deep dive into client backgrounds to personalize outreach and pitch relevant solutions.
- Sales Follow-up: Maintain consistent, professional follow-up communication to close deals.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using our internal systems.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay organized.
- Comfortable working on a performance-based, commission-only model.
- Located in or familiar with the Nova Scotia market (bonus!).
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $600.00-$800.00 per week
