We specialize in putting the right people in front of consumers — individuals who communicate well, represent brands with confidence, and create experiences worth remembering. Our current client roster includes partners in the sports and racing industry, and we're growing.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Be the face of our clients at live promotional events and brand activations throughout Winnipeg
- Strike up genuine conversations with consumers and represent client brands with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Communicate event details, promotional information, and brand messaging clearly and confidently
- Create a positive, lasting impression at every point of consumer contact
- Bring field observations and consumer reactions back to the team after each activation
- Keep up with client brand guidelines, campaign materials, and event logistics as they evolve
- Show up to team sessions ready to contribute and keep developing
The Kind of Person We're Looking For
- Outgoing and confident representing a brand in public, high-energy settings
- Accountable — you do what you say you're going to do
- Comfortable working autonomously at events while staying connected to the broader team
- Prior experience in promotions, events, or anything public-facing is helpful but far from required
- Full-time availability and transportation to get to event locations across the city
