We are looking to hire someone passionate about fashion and design to work in the fashion design division of our company. We are seeking someone willing to learn in a fast-paced environment, and adept at using the latest technologies. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and present initial design specifications for various workplace apparel and accessories
- Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, to create digital patterns
- Submit sketches for review, and execute the sketches once approved.
- Create technical packs and update as required for all styles determined
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns for proper fit
- Participate and understand in production process and its facilitation by documenting all design details and templates from initial sample to production
- Forecast upcoming trends while maintaining a high level of relevancy and exceptional quality of product/design
- Help in sourcing and developing seasonal fabrics and textiles as needed
- Collaborate and communicate with sales representatives to follow merch plan needs and account needs of the customers
Experience, Education, and Skills Required:
- 2+ Years Experience in Clothing/Textile design and the creation of tech packs
- Extensive Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Able to use various AI tools to assist in the design process
- Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills
- Hungry and motivated to pursue leads with strong self-discipline
- Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and good with technology
- Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Experience:
- tech pack creation and/or editing: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (preferred)
