The Role
This is a hands on, floor lead position. Your shifts will be a combination of admin (roughly 10-15% of the time), and serving (85-90% of the time)
We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our service team and keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys working closely with a tight-knit kitchen team, and wants to help create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day FOH operations, serving, supporting the team, maintaining high service standards, and jumping in wherever needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading service and supporting the team.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff based on labour targets.
- Managing labour and keeping service efficient, without cutting corners
- Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Handling guest feedback with care and professionalism
- Ordering FOH supplies, including liquor and paper goods
- Working with our wine & beverage consultant to develop and maintain the drink program
- Staying on top of VIHA and liquor board compliance
Who You Are
- You have management experience in a full-service restaurant
- You have at least 2 years of serving experience with similar cuisine and similar level of service
- You have leadership experience
- You're happy to pitch in wherever needed. Managers are part of the team and regularly help with cleaning, polishing, running food, and even dishwashing
- You’re calm, confident, and great with people
- You understand seasonal ingredients and love talking about food
- You have a solid foundation in wine and cocktail service
- You have WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge, or the desire to achieve it
- You have a current Serving It Right certificate
- You value hospitality, teamwork, and creating a space that feels good to be in
- You’re available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends

- Total expected annual compensation: $65,000-$75,000, including salary and average tips.
