The Toronto Psychology Clinic is looking for highly motivated, talented, and compassionate Social Workers and Psychotherapist with solid experience in couple psychotherapy to join our growing team of professionals!
We deliver evidence-based, culturally-informed services to adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our focus is on providing interventions that integrate across well-validated methods of psychotherapy models (e.g., EFT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, contemporary psychodynamic). We are currently seeking several associates to join our team on a full or part-time basis and are interested in providing primarily in-person services and would like to grow and expand their couple therapy case load in addition to providing individual therapy.

You will have the opportunity to engage in both individual and peer consultations that includes individual psychotherapy and couple therapy consultation groups, to participate in in-house training, as well as opportunities to start and run group/workshops of your own interest.

➢ The clinic runs seminars with invited experts in a range of areas based on the interests of the associates
➢ Our clinic offers a diverse range of referrals and opportunities for collaboration with a multidisciplinary group of professionals. We offer referrals for building virtual and in-person caseloads.
What YOU will bring as a Psychotherapist:
- MA / PhD in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.
- Registration with the OCSWSSW and/or CRPO
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and provision of psychotherapy services to adolescents and/ or adults
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing couple psychotherapy
- Training in evidence-based interventions and a strong interest in psychotherapy integration
- Excellent case conceptualization skills
- Strong interest in working with complexity and diversity in client presentation.
- Candidate must be motivated, mature, and ethically sound
- Family therapy experience would be an asset
- Experience working with people who identify as South Asian, Middle Eastern and/or Muslim would be an asset
- Fluency in a second language such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Farsi, Bengali, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an asset
- BIPOC folx and those who identify with a marginalized group are particularly encouraged to apply
