AdmitONE Client Services Intern

The Client Services Intern will support the AdmitONE ticketing department to ensure positive shareable experiences amongst our customers and clients. They will assist in administrative and day-to-day ticketing tasks. They will report directly into the Assistant Manager, Client Services on the AdmitONE team.
About Our Internship Program
The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.
The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on ticket counts, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders
- Draft and communicate ticketing-related emails (i.e. event cancellations, VIP details and venue changes)
- Support weekly mailer preparation and distribution
- Update Asana project management fields with relevant event, operations, and ticketing information
- Manage and update Google Calendar with event changes and other operational details
- Create and distribute weekly box office meeting calendar invites
- Develop weekly meeting agendas and tasks to support the operations and ticketing teams
- Process and send complimentary ticket requests as needed
- Monitor and support presales, onsales and ticket inventory
- Conduct weekly audits of hospitality websites to ensure event listings and venue information are accurate and up to date
- Monitor and maintain technology device functionality; ensure all devices are properly tracked
- Manage and verify attendee guest lists for all AdmitONE shows
- Conduct outreach to new clients via email to build relationships and support business development

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in live events, hospitality, and entertainment operations

Terms & Expectations
- This internship is a full-time position and requires in-office attendance 5 days a week (40 hours).
