We have exterior projects lined up while the weather allows, including decks, siding, and outdoor structures, along with a variety of residential construction projects throughout the year.

- Previous construction experience (carpentry experience preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each day
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work well on a small team
- Able to take direction and work independently as skills develop
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to job sites (Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, Burlington area)
- Subcontract position (HST number required)
- Responsible for your own WSIB coverage
- Applicants should be comfortable working without smoking during the workday.
Pay increases are based on performance, reliability, and skill development.
