Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping/Snow Team Member
- Front-Line Employee
- You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.
- Driving a truck with a trailer to and from work sites.
- The Summer crew performs basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This includes but is not limited to mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning and edging.
- The Winter crew performs tasks during/after snow, rain, ice events. This includes but not limited to shoveling, snow blowing, salting and spreading grit to keep our sites safe.
- You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often
- You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
How We Measure Success
- Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your Supervisory team. This is a full time position, summer is mostly weekends off, when we switch to winter 24/7 on-call availability from October 15th - March 31st since winter storms don’t take weekends off.
- Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.
- Full Utilization of our LMN Software & WhatsApp to stay informed.
Job Requirements for Landscaping/Snow Team Member
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, snow removal or similar service industries.
- If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training.
- Valid Class 5F drivers licence
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or snow removal professional.
