Amca is looking for an energetic and relationship-focused Territory Manager to join our Beverage Alcohol team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing sales and strengthening relationships across both the retail and on-premise channels. You'll work with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, hotels, and other licensed establishments to expand distribution, execute promotional programs, and build awareness for our portfolio of premium beverage alcohol brands.

What You'll Do
As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned territory and representing a portfolio of premium beverage alcohol brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, liquor stores, grocery retailers (where applicable), bars, restaurants, hotels, and licensed establishments.
- Growing distribution and increasing sales within existing customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory.
- Present new products, promotional programs, seasonal opportunities, and merchandising initiatives.
- Execute retail merchandising standards and ensure point-of-sale materials are effectively displayed.
- Work with on-premise customers to secure menu placements, features, promotions, and brand activations.
- Managing our consumer tasting and sampling program, including recruiting and scheduling tasting representatives, coordinating event logistics, reviewing and approving submissions, and ensuring timely reporting and program compliance.
- Planning and executing sales calls within your territory.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Working closely with supplier partners and the Amca team to execute brand initiatives.
- Achieve sales, distribution, and execution objectives.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, CRM activity, expense reporting, and sales forecasts.
- Flexibility required for some night work and attending a few Industry Trade Events that happen outside of the Monday to Friday regular work hours.

- Is organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their own schedule.
- Is comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM systems.
- Holds a valid driver's licence and is able to travel throughout the territory.
