The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with daily operational needs of a busy cleaning company and be the key point of contact for all staff and clients.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member who will be responsible for the day to day operations required by the company. We require someone physically able to provide hands-on support for staff and assist with inventory.
Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor would include but not limited to:
Daily office work such as answering phones, emails, etc..
Recruit, hire and train staff on policies and procedures, and take disciplinary action as needed (written warnings/terminations).
Coordinate schedules and send out reminders to staff and clients to ensure quality and efficiency with each clean.
Client relations; ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with cleanings. Also be solutions based on retaining current clients, and client satisfaction (provide oversight and decision making when attending to clients needs and wants).
Maintaining product inventory.
Minimal cleaning as per operational requirements; emptying vacuums, laundry when needed.
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, emailing etc...
Friendly, punctual, dependable, attention to detail a must.
Organizational skills and time management.
Understand that our clients' confidentiality is important to us.
Experience not required but an asset.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
