We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time position plays an important role in supporting daily operations through the safe and timely delivery of parts, equipment, and materials to customers, businesses and service locations throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the local area, possess strong customer service skills, and have previous experience handling parts, deliveries, or related operational responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts, equipment, and materials to customers, farms, businesses, and service locations
- Load, unload, inspect, and secure deliveries to ensure products arrive safely and accurately
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while maintaining delivery schedules
- Verify delivery documentation, obtain required signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records
- Assist customers with deliveries while providing professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service
- Support inventory, shipping, receiving, and general shop operations as required
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and perform routine vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with management, service staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements
Qualifications
- Valid G Class driver's licence with a clean driving record is required (insurable)
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial truck, fleet service, and related industrial environments
- Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding communities
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities throughout the day
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays as required
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
