We are looking to hire an energetic person to be our office administrator/sales.
In this role, the candidate is responsible to;
- Answer the phone calls
-Address existing client'sinquiries
- Book clients in our CRM system
- Book and manage the appointments in our CRM system
- Be in touch with our field service specialists to schedule their clients and follow up with the clients
- Take care of the customer's payment
Qualifications
- Proven office, clerical, and administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong sales experience
- Experience in supervising and team management
- Familiarity with excel
- Proficient in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of vendor management and budgeting
- Skills in training and development, as well as bookkeeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
