Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Insulator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems in various building projects. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install insulation materials according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as caulking guns, knives, and other construction tools to secure insulation in place
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine insulation placement and specifications
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure insulation is airtight and weatherproof
- Assist with the setup and teardown of insulation materials on construction sites
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in insulation installation or related construction work is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, caulking techniques, and blueprint reading is highly desirable
- Construction experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols and building practices
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, or on scaffolding as needed
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability are essential
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
- <PERSON> skills are beneficial for effective communication within the team and with supervisors
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
