Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Medi Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive client experience in a fast-paced medical spa environment.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival and during phone interactions
- Manage appointment scheduling using office management software and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone systems efficiently, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support
- Maintain filing systems for client documents, medical records, and administrative files
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as check-in/check-out procedures and processing payments
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Experience with front desk operations in a healthcare or spa setting is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills necessary for customer support roles
- Prior experience in medical office environments, including dental or med spas, is highly desirable
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
