Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Clear tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service
- Assist with setting up dining areas, including cleaning tables and resetting for new guests
- Support the team by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the dining space
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling special requests, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or food industry settings is a plus
