Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Infill Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee residential and commercial infill development projects.
In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality construction practices. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, manage subcontractors and team members, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure construction meets design specifications, schematics, and industry standards
- Oversee safety compliance by conducting regular site inspections, enforcing safety policies, and addressing hazards immediately
- Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, and documenting site activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and guide onsite teams
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing estimates, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in residential construction projects, infill experience and asset
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting practices and cost management strategies in construction projects
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
