Role Description
We are recruiting an Administrative Supervisor stationed near Toronto Airport, Eastern Canada. This role focuses on overall administrative coordination and management, requiring mature experience in the full-cycle administration system operation and management. Currently we have no physical office on-site yet, the role is based in the Toronto Airport surrounding area for future office layout and local administrative overall arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead system implementation for last-mile delivery businesses across all regions, assist in testing new business workflows and document newly released system functions.
- Collect business requirements on an ongoing basis, and follow through the whole lifecycle of requirement delivery and outcome feedback.
- Liaise with local business teams and backend technical staff to receive, diagnose and resolve all types of online system issues.
- Organize user acceptance testing for new system features, compile supporting training manuals, and deliver hands-on training sessions to relevant staff.
- Respond to on-site frontline issues in a timely manner, and regularly update and refine the FAQ knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to information technology are preferred.
- Prior experience in project implementation and system rollout within the courier and logistics industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; strong capabilities in document writing, training presentation and data analysis.
- Self-motivated, responsible, patient and detail-oriented with excellent learning ability and independent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin.
- Able to travel across Canada frequently for business trips.
- Possess valid legal work status in Canada.
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
