What you'll be doing
Gardening — weeding, raking, and turning tired beds back into something beautiful
Mowing — straight lines, clean edges, satisfying before-and-afters
Pruning — hedging and hand-pruning are where the artist in you comes out
Planting — putting new life in the ground
Hand & power tools — shovels to hedge trimmers, battery-electric and gas
Snow and ice — plowing and de-icing in winter
You'll fit here if…
You're up for learning — no experience needed (some of our best crew leads started with none)
You've got 4+ months of hard physical outdoor work behind you, official job or not
You show up, work hard, and are easy to have on a crew
You genuinely love being outside and getting your hands dirty
