We are looking for

A lawyer and qualified Canadian Patent Agent with an advanced degree in Chemistry.

The candidate should have 3+ years experience drafting patent specifications and prosecuting patent applications in Canada and the US and working with patent firms in other jurisdictions.

Experience in IP transactional / commercial work and trademarks is an asset.
This position is open at any of the five BLG offices.
