Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, handling inventory, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred to assist with team coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Chinese speaking ability preferred.
Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
1 2 years of warehouse or forklift experience required.
Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain).
Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
