General Labour Crew Members – Carpenter Helper
Location: Spiritbar – Nelson, BC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary / Short-Term Contract – Full-Time
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, plus Lunch provided daily.
About the Role:
Spiritbar is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labour Crew Members / Carpenter Helpers to join our team for our new concept Event Space.
This is a hands-on role supporting the rebuild and preparation of our bar and event space. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, safety-minded, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Support carpentry, construction, and renovation work as directed
- Follow all site safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous construction, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset
- Carpentry experience is an asset
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
