We are seeking a Receptionist who will be the welcoming first point of contact for our office.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a legal office environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greeting clients and answering incoming phone calls
· Opening and maintaining client files
· General administrative tasks (scanning, filing, correspondence, data entry)
· Processing mail and assisting with document preparation
· Keeping the office tidy.
· Other tasks as required, as for a small office, flexibility is an asset, and this role could evolve.
Qualifications
· Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
· Legal office experience is an asset, but not required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable with basic office software (Word, email, document management systems)
· Professional, discreet, and dependable
· Bilingualism an asset
