We are hiring for a relief (temporary) Rehabilitation Assistant at the Ponderosa Lodge, long-term care facility in Kamloops. This position is anticipated to run until February 2028, or the return of the current incumbent. This position may be redeployed based on operational need.

About the role:
Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
