Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing decorative concrete curbing team. This position involves installing continuous decorative concrete landscape borders for residential properties.
No prior concrete curbing experience is required for the right candidate. We are willing to train individuals who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills in a growing segment of the landscaping and concrete industry, with opportunities for advancement and crew leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of decorative concrete landscape curbing and borders
- Prepare job sites, including, trenching, grading, and site cleanup
- Mix and handle concrete materials
- Assist in operating concrete curbing equipment
- Apply coloring agents, sealers, and decorative finishes
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 60 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Landscaping experience is considered an asset but not required
