We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- You must complete the cleaning work yourself , no outsourcing.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- You must have a clean criminal record.
- Strong attention to detail , no cutting corners or missing spots.
- A genuine care for maintaining our clients’ facilities to the highest standards.
- Ability to take feedback well and respond to requests for improvement.
- Committed to getting the job done right the first time , every time.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.

- We’re specifically looking for experienced cleaners who are consistent, trustworthy, and take pride in doing a job well.
- You must be 100% reliable. No missed days unless you have arranged for a trained replacement.
