As a Dance Instructor, you will receive:
Competitive Compensation
Annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $65,000, based on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and performance.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- A passionate and experienced dancer, preferably with at least five years of dance training.
- An experienced instructor with a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
- Skilled in Salsa, Bachata, and other Latin dance styles.
- Able to communicate movement, technique, timing, and musicality clearly.
- Creative, disciplined, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable creating choreography for teams, showcases, festivals, and special events.
- Flexible and willing to adapt their schedule to the needs of the studio and its students.
- Culturally aware and able to work respectfully with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in both English and French; Spanish is considered an asset.
- Collaborative and committed to supporting the entire team.
- Motivated to contribute beyond the classroom to the overall success of the studio.
Teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and active participation in the studio’s growth are essential to this position.
Your Role and Impact
As a Dance Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching dynamic and structured group classes in Salsa, Bachata, and other dance styles.
- Providing private lessons and personalized coaching.
- Preparing lesson plans that support measurable student progress.
- Choreographing routines for performances, festivals, competitions, and showcases.
- Coaching performance teams and helping dancers develop confidence and stage presence.
- Creating a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with students and supporting their continued engagement.
- Participating in studio events, promotions, auditions, rehearsals, and community initiatives.
- Collaborating with management and fellow instructors to improve programs and develop new experiences.
- Representing the studio with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
