Overview
We are seeking a dedicated cleaner for strata common areas, this is a part time job with flexible hours, perfect as supplementary income!
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass / stainless steel.
- Empty garbage / recycling
- Clean common washrooms
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
