Dental Assistant no experience needed (Chairside)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The position is mainly chairside assisting, helping the dentist during procedures and ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare and organize instruments and materials needed for treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment following infection control protocols
- Record treatment information accurately in patient charts
- Support with sterilization of instruments and operatory turnover
- Assist in maintaining dental supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- No graduation from a dental assistant school required
- We can help the right candidate complete the HARP (Dental X-ray Safety) certification and sterilization training course
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous dental experience is an asset but not mandatory
