Pick-up and Drop-off Driver
We are a car rental company established in 2026. In just six months, we've completed over 200 orders, averaging one order per day. Business continues to grow, and we plan to purchase new vehicles to expand our fleet by the end of the year. We are now recruiting drivers for pick-up and drop-off services.
Regarding workload, please read carefully: This position is based on a base salary plus payment for pick-up/drop-off orders. Workload fluctuates depending on the number of orders. Currently, we average one order per day, but with long-term rental customers, there may be 5-7 consecutive days without any pick-up or drop-off tasks. Conversely, weekends and holidays will see a higher concentration of pick-up and drop-off orders. This job is suitable as a flexible side hustle, not as your sole source of income. The company plans to expand its fleet by the end of the year, and order volume is expected to increase, but we cannot guarantee a specific monthly order volume.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles to customers' homes at their scheduled times. Delivery area is within 50km of Toronto, including Toronto Pearson International Airport, Toronto City Airport, and Union Station. Pick up the vehicle at the customer's location after the rental period ends.
- Routine vehicle cleaning: Interior vacuuming + simple wiping.
- Exterior cleaning will be done using the company-provided self-service car wash card at gas stations.
- A colleague will assist with delivery and pickup. Assisting the colleague during delivery/pickup is also considered a successful delivery/pickup.
Compensation
- Base salary of $500. Delivery/pickup costs are fixed. $30 per trip, if you're the driver to pickup our colleagues, there's no paid, but we will cover the fuel cost
- Car wash card fees and fuel costs for delivery/pickup are covered by the company.
- Settlement is monthly.
Requirements
- Hold an Ontario G2 license or higher and own your own vehicle.
- Good driving record with no tickets or fines in the past 3 years.
- Familiar with Toronto area roads and able to drive independently.
- Attentive to detail and able to deliver a clean vehicle to the customer.
- Flexible schedule; able to work weekends/evenings.
