Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dedicated HVAC Residential Senior Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Install new HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and schematics.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues utilizing schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, valves, and electrical wiring.
- Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems when necessary.
- Utilize welding skills for repair or fabrication tasks as needed.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation of all work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes during all service activities.
Job description:
Service Technicians Responsibilities:
- Punctual and honest individual with integrity
- MUST have 5 years+ experience
- Willing to work hard at FULL TIME position
- Willing to participate in weekend and after hours
- Be able to use smart tablet and/or phone for purposes of the job only
Service Technicians Qualifications:
- Valid G2 Gas Fitter License-Must (If you don't have G2, We won't hire)
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CSA B149 code book
- Valid Driver’s license Class G with a clean driving record
- Be able to service and repair Furnace ,Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Ductless Heat Pump, Tankless, Gas Boiler, Rooftop, Fireplace & Water Source Heat Pump
- Be able to install Gas Line, Steam Humidifier, HEPA Air Purifier, Smart Thermostats, ducted smoke detector.
- Be able to modify the Duct Work.

Vehicle and competitive salary plus bonus are provided
Pay: $24.25-$45.00 per hour
Experience:
- Furnace & A/C Diagnose: 4 years (preferred)
- Tankless Diagnose: 4 years (preferred)
- Ductless Heat Pump Diagnose: 3 years (preferred)
- Boiler Diagnose: 4 years (preferred)
- Central Heat Pump: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Gas Fitter 2 Licence (preferred)
