Tri-Wave Construction Ltd. is a construction company specializing in all aspects pertaining to earthworks projects. We are looking to hire a Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance operations, manage daily repair priorities, and serve as the central communication hub for our mechanics and field crews. This position is full-time/permanent with the offer of employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Exceptional ability to evaluate breakdown urgency and adapt shop workflows
- Communicating between field personnel and shop technicians for repairs
- Mechanic knowledge an asset
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate breakdown urgency and assign work orders
- Coordinate between field personnel and shop technicians
- Provide hands on diagnostic support to mechanics
Wages will be dependent on experience.
