About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused AP/AR Coordinator to join our team. If you're energized by working with numbers, creating and following structured financial processes, and working with fast-paced cross-functional departments we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Process and send A/R invoices
- Post overhead A/P invoices and bulk oil settlements
- Oversee restaurant accounting, including reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts as required
- First follow-up on overdue A/R invoices
- Overhead and restaurant A/P cheque and EFT payment runs
- Credit card expense coding
- Prepare vendor credit applications as requested by operations team
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through automation and the implementation of AI-enabled tools
- Aid in month end close process
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in accounting or business administration
- Intermediate understanding of Excel (sum, IF, basic shortcuts, etc)
- A GO-GETTER attitude!
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in Business Central
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
