We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Pizzaiòla to Join Our team at Forno Di Fontaine. Located within the thriving and exciting work environment of the new West Calgary Farmers Market, we specialize in made to order Neapolitan Pizzas and fresh house made pastas. It's our focus to maintain the upmost quality of customer service and technique while maintaining respect for our ingredients, sourced almost exclusively from Alberta or Imported from Italy. We offer, and currently for this position have a preference for 4 Day 10 Hour overtime agreement, where you can get Full Time Hours with three day weekends. We are always open to other schedule availabilities as well.
Job requirements
Ability to provide thoughtful and direct customer service to our counter service patrons
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, technique and communication through all required cooking tasks
Ability to maintain a focused and efficient work ethic through busy short order lunch and dinner services
Ability to work within a small tight knit team operating out of a small self contained counter/Pickup style kitchen
Minimum One year cooking experience with relevant customer service experience
