About the Role:
Join a high performing, commission driven real estate team focused on off market U.S. property acquisitions. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a critical role in sourcing and securing undervalued properties for resale to investors. This position is fully commission based, rewarding high performers with direct financial upside per closed deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify motivated sellers and undervalued properties using targeted marketing, cold outreach, direct mail, and networking.
- Qualify leads, conduct property research, and evaluate potential ROI for investors.
- Negotiate preliminary purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize deals and submit contracts for approval and assignment.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and deal activity within the company CRM.
- Implement proven acquisition strategies and contribute to process improvement for scalable deal flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability in negotiation, persuasion, and lead generation; real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Self motivated and results driven, capable of managing an independent workload with accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting deals and maintaining pipeline visibility.
- Comfortable operating 100% on commission; performance directly drives income.
- Ability to adapt to remote work and multi state property markets.
