Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems for cashiering with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and support as required
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Support team members with various store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are necessary
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
