Mother ease Cloth Diapers is a family run manufacturing business and we're looking for an Office Administration and Customer Service Sales Associate.
Job duties include:
Customer Service via email, live chat, phone and in-store face to face
In-store and Online Sales and Marketing
Social Media Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
Website/Shopping Cart editing and upkeep
Data Entry for Bookkeeping
Housekeeping of office and retail areas
Looking for an energetic, creative and organized individual to join our family business.
Applicant must be available Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am to 3pm.
Knowledge of Excel, Photoshop, Word and Simply Accounting (Sage 50) an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Secondary School (Preferred)
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
