Overview

Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other facility components.
- Lead maintenance projects with supervision or team leadership responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and system upgrades; prepare reports for management review.
- Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams or projects within a hospitality or manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Hands-on experience with boilers, HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and mechanical repairs.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their integration into building systems.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance standards, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and guests clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision and training.

Pay: $19.16-$25.00 per hour
