Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and efficient parts operations.
- Support a smooth workflow in the service and parts departments by promptly sourcing and ordering required parts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve day-to-day efficiency.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing overstock.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, orders, and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive parts advisor or parts counter role.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Comfortable communicating with technicians, service advisors, and retail customers.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and dealership DMS systems (experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is an asset).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
